The Griffin Armament Gen 2 Suppressor Normalized Ambidextrous Charging Handle (SN-ACH) is a patented, modernized charging handle designed to improve AR-15 suppressed shooting comfort and reliability. It features an improved gas check groove and a forward-facing 60-degree gas vent to help reduce blowback by directing gases forward and to the side of the firearm instead of into the shooter’s face. An updated beveled rear shoulder helps capture gases escaping from the rear of the receiver and redirect them away from the shooter, while improved fitment and machining help create a tighter seal between the charging handle and the upper receiver to minimize gas leakage.
